It is National Eye Health Week 18 - 23 September and we wish to focus on Children's Eye Health.

Alarmingly 50% of children underperform at school due to undiagnosed eye problems. 

We encourage all pupils to have a new full eye examination even if they do not wear glasses to confirm that their vision is at the best possible standard for them.

All school children under 19 years can have a full free eye examination at Sinead McGurk Opticians, Magherafelt, Finalist Association of Optometrists UK Optical Practice of the Year 2018.
